• For those taking the bus from PJ33.  The bus will leave at 5:30am

• For those picking up SONY loaner cameras, Please be at Casa Del Rio Open Parking lot by 8:30am to collect you loaner camera from SONY

8:45am Park at Casa Del Rio Open

• Please park at the Casa Del Rio Open Parking Lot (RM6/entry)

• Walk over to Victoria's Fountain/Clock over across the bridge

​

9:00am Arrival & Registration​

• Participant Registration at "I Love Melaka"sign in front of fountain

• Give out lanyards

• Photoshoot activity in Melaka

• Shooting talents : Baba & Nyonya, Kebaya Ladies, Drummers

11:15am

• Gather for large group photo with banner at Heren House
  - PIC : LAM KAM FOO

11:30am

• Return to Case Del Rio Open Parking lot to retrieve car or board bus

• Go to The Pine Hotel Parking

​

12:00pm

• Gather to go for Lunch

• Lim Zhen Pan Restaurant

• Give out goodie bags and T-shirts

​

1.30pm

• Drop off luggage at The Pines hotel

• Hotel check-in time is after 3pm

​

1:45pm

• Go to Encore Melaka,  Admiral Hall

​

2:00pm

• Welcome speech by Organising Chairman and introduction of Organisers and Sponsor

​

2:30pm -3:30pm

• SONY workshop at Encore Melaka, Admiral Hall

• "Experience the Power of Sony Alpha Full frame"

• Mr. Kenneth Lee
  Head of Training, Sony Malaysia

3:30pm - 3:50pm

• Passing out Hotel room keys

• Encore performance briefing

• Balloting for ticket seats. Tickets will be placed into a box and participants will line up to take 1 ticket each.

4.00pm - 5:00pm

• Backstage tour & shoot at Encore Melaka

• Photographers will be split into 2 Groups to cover 2 separate make-up rooms

​

5.00pm - 6:00pm

• Free time

​

6:00pm 

• Dinner at Encore Melaka Staff Dinning Hall

​

6:45pm - 7:30pm

• Sunset shoot with Encore Melaka Talents - PIC: LEE YAP THAI

• 5 Drummer, 5 Dancers

​

8.00pm - Enter Encore Melaka Theatre

• No Flash photography

• Please remain in your seats during the show.

• Please maintain silence during the performance.

8:30pm - 9:50pm

• Encore Melaka performance shoot

​

10.00pm - 10:45pm

• Photos with Encore Melaka Performers

• Large group photos with Talents
